The Christian Retreat and Conference Center is located in
Bradenton, Florida about 40 miles south of Tampa and 10 miles
north of Sarasota just off I-75. The Center is the headquarters
for the Family Church and Gospel Crusade, Inc., a worldwide
missions organization founded in 1953.
The Center is located on the banks of the beautiful
Manatee River in east Manatee County. Towering oaks dripping
with Spanish moss shade the 110-acre property that is home to
year-round residents, overnight guests and groups who use the
conference center to host events, camps and meetings The
facility includes hotel style lodging, a cafeteria, meeting
rooms, gymnasium and outdoor recreation. Most rooms have 2
queen-size beds, TVs. Some of the rooms have kitchenettes and
suites.
