Greetings to all in the name of the Risen Lord from Florida, the sunshine state.
We are so much happy to welcome all of you to the 11th Suvisesha Sevika Sanghom National Conference to be held from Sept 30 to October 3, 2010.

The theme chosen for this year is 'She will be Remembered'(Mat 26:13).

It is a relevant theme for the time because the world where we live and the values it upholds are fast fleeting.
In 1 John2:17 we read 'The world and its desires pass away, but those who do the will of God live forever',

Modern world is mechanistic and competitive in nature. The Risen Lord who first appeared to women, asked them to go and to become the witnesses of his resurrection in order to transform this world based on His kingdom values. And that only is long lasting and be remembered. The act of a woman was highly appreciated by Jesus when she served him by pouring out costly oil to his feet. Because she was pouring her life itself to him through this act, the same He did for our sake. He was broken and poured out his life to redeem us. So here is a call to be an aroma of Him in and around the society- A call to be broken and poured out.

So let this year conference be an eye-opener and a channel that would help each one who participate in it to see how to follow Mary's example in the post modern world & serve God by serving others. And let it become an ever memorable event...
