St Marks Tampa Sevika Sanghom is an extension of the Mar Thoma Suvisesha Sevika Sanghom .
“Sevika Sangham will meet at designated houses at 10:00 am on First Saturdays
Every Third Sunday after Service at Church .”

The Mar Thoma Suvisesha Sevika Sanghom is the womens auxiliary of the Mar Thoma Church. This organization has been a vital ministry of the church ever since it was inaugurated in February, 1919 under the leadership of Abraham Mar Thoma Metropolitan. Every women of the Mar Thoma Church above the age of 18 years is a member of the Sevika sanghom. The Sevika Sanghom has branches in all parishes of the Mar Thoma Church.
The Sevika Sanghom owes much of its growth to the dedicated work of late Mrs. Kandamma Varghese who was the organising Secretary for over 20 years. She traveled far and wide, organizing branches in parishes, doing evangelistic work among Christians and non-Christians.

The Sevika Sanghom in St. Marks parish has very active and dedicated members. Regular prayer meetings are held at the church every third Sunday and at the homes of one its members on first Saturdays. The Sevika Sangham is involved in mission related activities of the Church and the Diocese.
